Sonney, the son of a frontier lawman became the nation’s leading purveyor of cinema sleaze – while raising four daughters in the Broad Church. Championed by on the house-speech advocates and vilified by self-appointed moral watchdogs, the partner has enjoyed a hanker association and phenomenal friendship, which they discuss with eye-opening candor and side-splitting good humor.
